1. Who we are
Farm Fresh is a community fruit-ordering service that consolidates orders from neighbours and delivers premium, farm-fresh fruits sourced directly from trusted growers and wholesale suppliers.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are per kilogram unless otherwise stated. Prices may change based on seasonal availability. The final invoice you receive will reflect the actual quantities delivered and the price at the time your order is confirmed.
3. Payments
We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery. You may also opt to receive an invoice on WhatsApp and pay separately. Payment through Razorpay is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway; we do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made together with your community on a scheduled day each week. Delivery windows will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp once the order window closes. You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the fruits.
5. Product quality
We take pride in delivering the freshest possible produce. Because fruit is a natural product, minor variations in size, ripeness and colour are normal. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refund requests are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Communications
By placing an order you consent to receive transactional SMS and WhatsApp messages about your order (confirmation, payment, delivery). We do not send promotional messages without your consent.
8. Limitation of liability
Farm Fresh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the value of that order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
