- Payment metadata: Razorpay payment IDs and order IDs. We never see or store your card / UPI credentials — those are handled by Razorpay.
- Technical data: basic browser and device information for security and analytics.

- To send transactional SMS and WhatsApp updates about your order (confirmation, payment, delivery).
- To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
- To improve our service and product mix based on aggregated demand patterns.

We share data only with the providers required to deliver our service:
- Razorpay — to process payments securely.
- Fast2SMS — to deliver SMS notifications.
- Twilio / WhatsApp Business — to deliver WhatsApp notifications.
- Google Sign-In — only if you choose to log in with Google.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain your order history and account details for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to thetasteplus@gmail.com.
