Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we deal in perishable, farm-fresh produce, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our farmers. Please read carefully.

1. Cancellation window

You may cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 76739 62236 or email thetasteplus@gmail.com with your order ID.

Cancellations after this window may not be possible because we will have already procured and prepared your fruits from the farm.

2. Refunds

  • Cancelled within the window: a full refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Damaged or spoiled fruit on arrival: notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We will refund the affected item(s) or replace them on your next delivery.
  • Missing items: notify us on the day of delivery. We will refund or include the missing item in your next order.

3. Not eligible for refund

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the quality or taste of the fruit.
  • Cancellation requests placed after the 24-hour window.
  • Fruit damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

4. How refunds are processed

Razorpay refunds settle to your bank / UPI account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are transferred via UPI to a number you provide.
